Help Meda to get better, she is young and has chances to be ok

The girls were walking with the dogs and found a dog beside a fence. They thought he was dead and checked, it was not. A nearby neighbor told them he was hit by car last week and then she not moving from there. She fed her, but the dog refused food. She could not have thought to go to the doctor, even was the broken leg, of course, it's crisis and they have no money.
It's a German Shepherd female (around 2-4 years).
It's in very poor condition, we did distemper test (see what is on with the eye, the vet suspected disease because of it), but she is not sick. She has the left leg from front break for a while and wrong semi ossified , she is weak and anemic and has 40 degrees- probably an infection in the body. After elimination of canine distemper, the eye problem could her leave without the right eye.
Conclusion: Thursday will be taken to the radiography at Dr Makk, until then she it's on antibiotics and recovery, and if something does not appear, will be operated fast. It's still young, so it was chosen for optimum operation: the leg will be broken and then place good position. That means we have large cost for her (radiografy, treatments, surgery, accommodation, food etc). She was called Meda because she was found near on the site where is in construct a medical clinic!
We need money for x-ray, 100 lei, 15 lei per day accommodation, plus daily treatment with antibiotics and surgery to come to the foot, can not be left so. For that we do not have an estimate for the moment. if you want to help you use the information below:

Wir gingen mit den Hunden spazieren und fanden ein Hund neben einem Zaun. Wir dachten, er wäre tot, und überprüften es, zum gluck war nicht. Eine nahe gelegene Nachbarin sagte, er wäre von Auto angefahren und seit letzte Woche sich nicht mehr von dort bewegte. Sie erzahlte uns das sie versuchte ihn zu füttern aber der Hund verweigerte die Nahrung. Leidre hat sie nicht daran gedacht an Tierarzt zu gehen, obwohl sie wuste dass er ein gebrochenes Bein hat… wegen zu wenig Geld….
Es ist ein Deutscher Schäferhund(ca. 2-4 Jahre) ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand, hat etwas auf das rechte Auge, ein Tierarzt vermutet …Staupe? , die linke vordere Pfote war früher gebrochen und schief zusammengewachsen. Der ist schwach, blutarm und hat Temperatur über 40 Grad - vermutlich eine Infektion im Körper. Nach Beseitigung der Staupe, die re. Auge Problem könnte zu Erblindung führen .
Donnerstag wird zum Dr. Makk gebracht, bis dahin wird mit Antibiotikum und verstärkungsmittel behandelt. Sie soll schnellst möglich operiert werden. Sie ist noch jung, so dass es einen optimalen Korrektur möglich ist. Für die Behandlung wird das Bein gebrochen und dann mit Metall stabilisiert. Das heißt, wir haben große Kosten (Radiographie, Behandlungen, Operationen, Unterbringung, Verpflegung usw.).
Meda wurde die Hündin genannt, weil es vor Ort wo sie gefunden wurde wird eine medizinische Einrichtung gebaut. Wir brauchen Geld für Röntgen-, 100 Lei, 15 Lei pro Tag Unterkunft, plus tägliche Behandlung mit Antibiotika und chirurgische Eingriffe.

In plimbarea lor cu cateii fetele au gasit un catel nemiscat, langa un gard. Au crezut ca e mort si au verificat, nu era. O vecina din jur le-a spus ca a fost lovita de masina saptamana trecuta si de atunci nu se mai misca de acolo. Ea o hranea, dar catelusa refuza mancarea. Nu s-au gandit sa o duca la doctor, bineinteles, doar e criza si nu au bani desi stiau ca are piciorul rupt.
E o catelusa de ciobanesc german (aprox. 2-4 ani)
E in stare foarte proasta, a facut test de jigodie (vedeti ce are la ochi, a suspectat-o veterinarul din cauza asta), are laba stg. fata rupa de ceva timp si semi osificata stramb, e slaba si anemica si are 40 febra - probabil o infectie in corp. Dupa eliminarea jigodiei, problema de la ochi s-ar putea sa o lase fara vederea la ochiul drept.
Concluzia: joi o sa fie dusa la radiografie la dr. Makk, pana atunci e pe antibiotice si refacere, iar daca nu mai apare altceva, va fii operata cat de repede. E tanara inca, asa ca s-a ales operatia optima pt. recuperare, se rupe iar piciorul apoi se pune tija. Asta inseamna ca vom avea costuri mari cu draga de ea (radiogarfie, tratamente, operatie, cazare, mancare etc). A fost numita Meda, deoarece era pe santierul unde se construieste o clinica medicala!
Avem nevoie de bani pentru radiografie, 100 lei, 15 lei pe zi cazarea, si in plus tratamentul zilnic cu antibiotice si operatia care va urma la picior, pentru ca nu poate fi lasata asa. Despre asta nu avem inca un estimat. daca dorii sa ajutati folositi datele de mai jos:

Alina Ghica She had surgery already. After they opened they saw the fracture was older than 3 weeks and callus was formed. The vets said they coudn't put plates, and they put the bones toghether and the leg in gypsum. She need to stay at warm place and... steady. Thusday need to be taken from the vet's cabinet and we are in the position to don't have where to foster her. She need to pe watched to not rise up to step on that foot. The eyes are bad, she can see for the moment just lights and shadows, and they can't say if she will recover or not, depends of the causes of the disease. We are desperate. We have not a place for her for the moment.

Meda was moved at a canine hostel. Will be ok, they will have care of her.
